NEW ADDITION + INTERIOR RENOVATION | Completed 2021

Robert Pashuk Architecture Inc. was approached by Valbella Gourmet Foods to renovate and design an expansion that would improve current customer demand as well as provide room for future growth.

The deli was greatly expanded, and the café was given dedicated space in the 60 sqm addition. The design took into consideration the prominent street corner by activating the exterior area with a patio and new landscaping.

The project consists of a structural steel superstructure, modern commercial cladding and commercial flat roof system as well as modern commercial energy efficient window system.
