Chinook Arch Regional Library Systems selected RPA to help with the renovation and reconfiguration of their 1,400 m² office and distribution centre in Lethbridge, Alberta. Chinook Arch provides library and IT service support for 33 libraries in 41 member municipalities across southern Alberta, on traditional Blackfoot territory. The project included creating office and collaborative spaces that helped to maximize efficiencies for daily operations and board functions. Sustainable strategies included increased daylighting of common areas, insulation and window upgrades and electric vehicle charging stations.
