Interior Renovation & Addition, 2025

Robert Pashuk Architecture was engaged for the renovation and addition to a single-story craftsman-style home.

The addition to the rear of the house includes a mudroom, while the attic was expanded to include a loft and additional bedrooms. This new space was designed to be bright and airy while respecting the historical character.

Thoughtfully curated interior selections embody the home's original craftsman style while reflecting the clients' personal aesthetic. Throughout the home, we incorporated unexpected design elements through lighting, decor, and furniture. The client's unique art collection is also prominently featured, seamlessly blending the old and new.
