NEW BUILD | completed 2013

This inner city home is planned around a small south facing courtyard. Ambient daylight permeates the home - not typical of the infill typology. Natural materials such as vertical grain fir, basalt, and raw steel are used throughout. An open tread staircase aligns with the courtyard creating a division between dining and living, master and guest suite.
